Disgusting, never go to the female DR Ahmed (there’s two Ahmed’s one male and female). The female doctor is super unprofessional and argumentative. Tell me why I have been advised by nurses to alert my GP about my health and when I explain to Dr Ahmed everything she is so rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Refused to acknowledge my symptoms then when I told her about another issue that may be a symptom branching from the main issue she said that is totally normal. No it isn’t, my hospital doctor was the one who told me to speak to my GP to get medical further assistance. Her phone kept going off in the middle of the appontment, mute (vibrating) and not mute(ringing). It was so unprofessional and she would be reading the messages whilst I was in the midst of explaining the issue only for her to say that’s normal - trying to end the appontment. And I am not dramatic in the sense of symptoms I only came because I was in agonising pain and it has disrupted my quality of life - for her to say it’s normal. Then when I told her other nurses and specialists have told me I should report this to the GP as it may be something very serious and needs to be dealt with she looked amused by it - it’s hideous how other doctors and nurses have said the situation looks serious whilst she’s having a laugh diminishing the importance of their role and advice. Honestly appalled - she’s a new doctor at this GP and my other friends have also told me that she is a horrible unprofessional doctor. Surprised she’s still practicing. Just a warning never to get an appointment with her, unless you want her to start telling you it is all normal and indicating that you are being dramatic with your symptoms. Oh yes, she also lies telling me my results were all normal so it doesn’t seem like it’s serious. How would she know if my results are normal if I have just been told they’ve not got them back yet? - receptionist told me. (Had the test done a few days ago.) I understand NHS is under a lot of pressure and I hope the circumstances get better but this was a surprising experience

Doctor chiu senior was my doctor for over twenty years ..he was the best , an amazing family doctor with knowledge and care.since he retired the practice went downhill ...also doctor Gan left and she was very good . The younger doctors who replaced them are ok but have a long way to go to walk in their shoes . They usually ask you what you think is wrong with you ...I don't know I'm not a doctor? Or Google things ...I could do that at home ... I have now changed my doctors surgery and feel very sad about having to do that but it was becoming a challenge for me and frustrating . Doctor chiu senior deserves his break after years of excellent service God bless him I miss him

This is the worst medical center ever, they do not care about the patience and umergencies. They are honestly and literally the worst.
