I was very reluctant to change doctors after 60yrs but I'm so pleased i chose Cornishway! My experience with the receptionist, nurse and the two female doctors was so positive. Lovely, personable people who make you feel less anxious and important. So impressed! | ||||||

Need urgently to speak with my GP tried all morning to get in contact with the secretaries both numbers not ringing then a message is relayed that you are unable to leave any messages. Phoned the receptionist who informed me that the systems are down yet she was able to answer her phone pointed this out to the receptionist who couldn't answer me she eventually hung up on me complete rudness please bar me from this surgery. Could picture the secretaries painting their nails chatting about love island and all the soaps absolute disgrace of a surgery. Simon Parkin | ||||||
