Very rude and unprofessional receptionist who treat you like you are beneath them. Can not preform simple tasks that patient requested on number of occasion. When requesting a F2F visit with GP you are being questioned by them about ins and outs of the medical condition that you might noy want to discuss that with them. When told them that they make it even more awkward to see a GP. Been a patient there for 20+ years and see very stedy decline in level of service provided. | ||||||

Unable to see a doctor in over three and half years! Prescription randomly altered! leaving me without insulin!!! and now I've just found out my painkillers which l need because of severe arthritis have been halved without consulting me once again. This practice has become atrocious since all the old doctors left or retired. Am currently looking to change practices. | ||||||
