The doctors at this surgery are beyond reproach. They work flexibly and listen carefully to everything. They are well trained, cautious, prudent and caring. Everything you want in a team of medical professionals. They present options and empower you to choose the best-fit treatment. | ||||||

Although the doctors are very nice and caring, the receptionists are always rude and ready for an argument. They do not listen to you and are always rushing you and trying to get rid of you, not to mention speaking to you as if they are shouting. My mother has been spoken to very rudely a few times.
They need more training on how to be nice to people and actually smile and not to look miserable, like a couple of them do!!!
