The staff at the practice are really excellent, from the receptionists to the GPs, all staff are professional and patient. I would reccomend this GP Practice to everyone and feel lucky to receive such a great service. |

As per many patients comments getting an appointment . On my last 3appointments I was told the next available ones were roughly 4 weeks. I asked about the extra appointments at Swinton Gateway round the corner. The receptionist looked into it and there was one available in 3 days ! I also got this service on my next 3 bookings as again a 4 week wait. Why wasn't I offered this without asking ? I think it's because they have to go into the back office to book it as it's not on the same booking system . But that's their job ! Each time I went to the Gateway I was the only patient. No wonder. This service is underused because they aren't offering it. |

This surgery has been useless for the past 5+ years. There’s never appointments available for when you need one, I usually got offered one for 3+ days later, even with the children, so by the time we got to see a GP we’d either been to a out of hours surgery or had to go to A&E or suffered our way through and got better ourselves so the appointments were no longer necessary.
I decided to de register from the surgery and spoke with staff regarding my decision but told them I wanted my children to remain registered which I was told was fine. Soon after I tried accessing records and received a call telling me that my children had also been de registered by them as they don’t take children without parents. I was absolutely shocked, nobody had informed me about this.
We have now moved to a new surgery as I see it being pointless re registering with this one with such bad experiences. |
