After attending at 09:00 for a routine blood test, I waited for 20 minutes before being called in for it. Then, after taking the blood sample my arm bled so profusely that my clothing was blood stained having saturated the tiny cotton wool dressing. During the procedure I was not offered a support (e.g. a pillow) for my arm. As I was leaving the reception area I noticed the blood was running down my arm, so I had to return to have a larger cotton wool/tape dressing applied. I now have a large bruise as a reminder (photo). I must add that my husband had a blood test two days before and was impressed with the friendly efficiency of his health check, carried out by the Sister/Nurse Adele. | ||||||

Absolutely Fantastic Practice. Having been a patient for over 18 years, I cannot fault the Doctors and a Nurse’s at the surgery. Having been through some of the worst health issues possible including cancer, the staff as a whole are extremely caring, kind and will do their upmost to look after you. I cannot recommenced this practice enough. Would never want to move and have to change. Highly recommended. | ||||||
