I have recently changed Drs surgery and this was my first visit. I was told to call up the morning I wanted an appointment and would get one. I called at 8.30am and had an appointment at 9.30am - Wow! When I attended the surgery the receptionist was very helpful, nothing too much trouble answering my many questioning. Then on seeing the doctor she again couldn't have been more attentive and helpful. I am leaving this review as I want to make sure they are recognised as doing an excellent job and service.Keep up the good work. |

We had a visit from a Practice Nurse on the afternoon of Wednesday 3rd July 2019. She was very thorough, efficient and kind. Se said that she would make an appointment for the following morning [4th July] for my wife to attend the Surgery. Twenty minutes after leaving she telephoned to ask if 10. 40 am would be suitable. We said that this was perfect, so this morning my wife saw another Practice Nurse who gave my wife an ECG, and had the results sent through to the doctor. The doctor discussed the results with my wife and has given my wife three main questions to be considered regarding future action, and the doctor said she, herself, would telephone on Wednesday morning [10th July] to obtain my wife's answers, and therefore be able to proceed accordingly. In the meantime, acting on the Doctor's instructions, I have made an appointments for my wife:- a "Telephone Consultation" on Thursday, 1st August; and for a repeat "Blood Test" to be performed on Thursday 29th August. I should like it to be recorded how very much my wife and I appreciate the dedication, professionalism and efficiency this Health Centre regularly performs. In days of "doom & gloom" from reports in the media this Health Centre shines like Sirius in the dark sky.
