I have been with prk medical for over 45 years, I wouldn't be happy trusting anyone else with my health, the team has always been exceptional, the GP'S are the best , thankyou so much , Gav. |

Please improve the service and your reception skills. It’s very off putting for those of us who come to you as the last resource. Lives are bein put at risk. The doctor is fine once you get through but a couple of the ladies there are so very harsh, they know they can get away with anything. I’ve been left in tears after calling them so avoid it now. Suggest employing less but higher standards. Also stop gossiping about patients it really isn’t your business |

I am sorry to say that the reception staff here can be so rude and abrupt when we have no choice but to call in. It feels dreadful calling them, so unapproachable. I’ve been suffering in silence and not getting seen to avoid unpleasant encounters. Interesting to see the bad score in blood pressure. It’s very true I’ve had a bad experience with getting mine measured or medicated. You know when you put your Gp request in they will want to close the call quick. A better standard of care should be introduced asap starting with reception. The classic issue they really think they are the doctor not the administrator |
