My doctor is great always had appointments and excellent consultations when I required them. Great support and professional service from the team and reception. |

This is an excellent service. The medical staff are all very approachable and provide a top rate service. It is always easy to get an appointment whenever necessary. I would not choose to be registered as a patient anywhere else. |

Poor communication: Lack of consent and explanation to patient, as he is disabled, 2. Ineffective care: Arrogance and lack of empathy for patient and family, Low patient management standards: incorrect prescription of dose. On raising of concerns to GP, there was no apologies but rather treated with a bad attitude and defensive talks. |
