I would recommend individuals who suffer from Mental health look else where for a GP service. The receptionist and doctors lack basic compassion for me when I used this service. I was not involved in any decisions regarding my care and the doctor was unable to give me prescriptions for medications and advised me to attend A&E instead which could of been avoided, had a received the right tratement in the first place. The receptionist has laughed at me during a phone call on one occasion, I find this was degrading and unprofessiona. I have been in contact with PALS to raise these issues. |

Very impressed with the speed I was able to get an appointment for my son, I really appreciate being able to see a Dr at short notice. |

Have been a patient of this Practice for a number of years. Over that period have found the Receptionists and Doctors working there as unfailinging; competent, caring, very willing to listen, going on to diagnose problems, followed by prognosis and treatment proposals. As one very satisfied patient am more than happy to recommend the Practice to others. |
