My young son is 16 months old and we just moved into UK. On the last Thursday, the immunisation nurse tried to give three injections of vaccines to my son without any notifications and consent. The nurse showed extremely impatient and reluctant to understand what vaccines my son was given and introduce the immunisation plan in UK. I studied the immunisation plan in UK and found it's similar with the one my son undergoing (they are all following WHO's guideline in fact). I translated the immunisation plan into English, linking with the age he was given and tried to present it to the immunisation nurse before the injections in this afternoon (7th June). The nurse refused to look at it even for a second. Besides, we asked what the four vaccines she was trying to give. She refused to answer as well. We know the immunisation nurse might be very busy. However, we are not satisfied with such a service at all.
My son was keeping crying at 6pm but now fall in sleep with tiredness. Really hope he is fine with the four injections. God bless him |

I have been with my doctor since I moved into the area ten years ago. I have been through so much with them (births, losses etc), and I have always found them to be completely professional and supportive, as well as the reception team. I am able to get an appointment generally for that day or next, and am always welcomed with a smile. I dread the day they decide to retire (not for a long time) as we really do have it amazingly well with them and the team. I couldn't recommend a nicer team. They have it spot on. |

I have been with this drs surgery since being a child, I am now mid thirties and have my two children under this practice. My experiences have always been pleasant from the telephone call to make an appointment, to the visit to the surgery. The whole team are friendly and supportive, they get to know you as a family and always explain what to do should you have any questions. I would highly recommend the family surgery in Altrincham, Dr Sahal is fantastic at listening and diagnosing issues and will do his best to get you on the mend. Thank you to the whole team, reception team, health care team, nurses and to Dr Sahal! |
