Had an appointment with one particular doctor in the morning and it was absolutely shocking. Barely looked at me never even gave even a simple greeting like “hello”or “good morning”. Just sat slumped in her chair with the occasional glance in my direction. Gave me the wrong prescription and when I rang up about was told that it’s ok because it’s over the counter. Rang back after a pharmacist confirmed that the prescription that I needed was prescription only due to the dosage (150 sprays instead of the over the counter 60 sprays). Was explaining this to the receptionist who then interrupted me with “well if it’s easier for you she’ll prescribe it then” . This is my second visit in four years and I’ve been made to feel like waste of time and money. Been registered here since birth but will be changing as soon as I can. |

The doctors are fine when you get to see one. Communication is poor, no feed back on test results, conflicting information from reception staff, some are clearly much better then others on the computer. Ring up on the day for an appointment is mission impossible, and they even have a fax number rather than an e-mail address for contact purposes. |
