Book an appointment then wait 2 weeks for a phone call with doctor, put your repeat prescription in takes them over a week before it's sent to pharmacy, they cost my mum her life by continuously miss diagnosing her cancer and just giving her gaviscon and paracetamol and even refusing to see her ,my auntie has terminal cancer and they refused to even see her and are now under investigation, this is the worst doctors in Wigan and they should be held accountable for the lives they are destroying and yet our mp says and does nothing they should be making the gp practices to do their jobs instead of hiding behind closed doors, totally useless and people wonder why the NHS is collapsing its because of laziness and incompetence plain and simple | ||||||

Ask my GP is only open for 30 mins daily - 8am until 8.30am. 48 hours has passed on two occasions now with no contact back from them. Diagnosis from photographs does not work! | ||||||

The practice closes ask my Gp by 10am everyday. They don’t take account of people who work shifts with the timings they’re prepared to accept self referrals from. It’s ridiculous. They’re inaccessible and are creating huge potential for missed diagnosis by their utter lack of availability. Dicconson group at Boston house never closed their ask my Gp, so why are these allowed to offer such a vastly different (and much poorer) level of service? | ||||||
