I've been a patient at this practice for 3 years now and I cannot rate them highly enough. The reception staff are personal, I can always get through on the phone, I’ve always got an appointment when required and the GPs provide consistent care.
I recently had a referral issue with the practice which I brought to their attention. Although I had to chase the practice for a response I did eventually get a phone call from the doctor to rectify the issue.
If I was to be panicky, the only thing that I don’t like about the practice is that the consultation rooms off waiting room 2 are not private. The doors are thin and the conversations in the room can be heard by all the waiting room staff. I tend to avoid seeing doctors in these rooms for that reason. |

Stayed with this practice for several years and found the service very poor. Learned a lot about what I could do but very little about what I could.Whatever I requested for some reason it wasn’t possible.Finally walked away and joined another practice and found the service much better. |
