Zero! Complaint dealt with by the manager named in complaint? ????? No resolution offered except ombudsman escalation! ????? No response to 2 months deadly medication dispensed.????? Had to get CQC involved to get any response…Now I have had to take Lorna’s (Assistant practice manager) only suggestion and have escalated to Ombudsman. Main purpose - “prevent the death of a less knowledgeable patient” |

One of the worst experiences of my life which had destroyed my faith in human beings . I took my son to get medication and next thing was being accused of not being able to look after him. It was a ridiculous situation and i was threatened with safeguarding. Parents, do not take your children here |

I needed more effective pain relief for both a long term and a new health condition. I’m struggling and currently in severe pain and have children to look after.The GP told me there was nothing she could do and to ask my family for help (I don’t have any family).My only other option now is to go to A and E, with my children, and hope they can offer something that will relieve my pain. |
