My grandmother attended the surgery due to pain in her side. She was asked to give a water sample, which she did then was sent home and told that someone would ring her in the next few days. She left the surgery to then have a phone call from the GP who knew none of her past medical history although I struggle to understand why as they have it all on record. The GP went on to tell my grandma that she may have some nerve pain without even examining her. She then went on to tell her to take pain killers but no ibuprofen as she is on blood pressure tablet- this is not the case. Overall the surgery is an absolute disgrace! The staff don't care about their patients, there was not a soul in the surgery at the time of my grandmas attendance yet she was told that she couldn't see someone and that she had to leave and wait for a phone call. They should be ashamed to call themselves a GP practice. |

Terrible online (only) service which only lets you book appointments etc at specified time's which !makes no sense for a so called online service. Reception staff are rude and talk amongst themselves before giving you any of thier valuable time. Surgery is empty hardly any face to face appointments are being carried out. Ask to see a doctor and one phones you which is inadequate especially for matters relating to prostate etc. I am leaving as soon as is possible do not use this practice. |
