Recently I have seen both Dr Shah and Dr Al Abadi. Both really helpful and dealt with my issues quickly and efficiently. In particular Dr Abadi saw to it that everything was covered and was very thorough even the follow up consultant I went too expressed that she had done a thorough job. I have also seen the nurse Samira and she was excellent again very thorough and took the time to help and explain. In my opinion this is a very good practice. When ever I use the Ask my GP service my query is always dealt with the same day either by a phone call from the GP or from the reception to arrange a face to face appointment all in all very good. | ||||||

I am a patient at this surgery and have tried to phone them over the last few weeks and it just continues to ring out then just cuts me off.I was so desperate that I phoned the chemist and they helped me to get what I wanted. | ||||||

Thankfully I do not need to go to the surgery very often. When I do, I have been treated respectfully by all the doctors and receptionists. Speaking with Marie today, I felt that I needed to post this review. What a lovely lady, so patient and understanding. My heartfelt thanks to all of you during these difficult times. | ||||||
