I’ve been at this surgery since I was a teenager all the way till it moved to Leigh health centre. I avoid it as much as Possible as the both the reception staff and the GP’s are abysmal. No matter how polite I’ve been to them you still get rudeness. I find it appalling that when you have to see a doctor you get spoken to in such a condescending manner, I’ve been misdiagnosed for a long term health issue and not one of them cared, even had a now retired GP laugh at me on the phone. Currently going to have to wait three weeks to see a GP next and this is with a health condition that needs monitoring regularly. As usual the receptionist was rude and aggressive. It’s hard not to take it personally. |

You cannot get an appointment in the flesh if your life depended on it and it very well might. Just before Easter I was rushed into hospital and upon being discharged was advised to make an appointment with my gp to push for referrals. Phoned and was informed by a receptionist rather conveniently that all the gps were off with covid. Really? left it a week and tried again and got the same excuse. So now I’m practically a month out of hospital and I’ll have to settle for a call baring in mind a week after begging for an appointment this is the best they can offer. The way this surgery is run is disgusting, no empathy or care from the gps. The receptionist desk is run by a completely inept bunch and one of them is practically a bully who I wish would learn to speak at least somewhat respectfully to patients. I have nothing positive to say about this surgery. With that being said nothing will change because none of you care. |
