Had my appointment cancelled again today for the fourth time. Next available appointment one month away. If l had been private instead of national health lm sure l would have been dealt with differently. |

If you have a phobia of needles as I do, my Dr writes you off, sends you away to suffer, without offering any form of alternative. I tried suicide, it was only stopped by a vigilant friend and the Police entering my home to stop me. The daily discomfort is painful. I tried to complain to practice manager today, advised she was off sick. No other person available to listen, again! Was told to email. If nobody is there to deal with my complaint, what use is my time typing an email? It's upsetting and depressing me how uncompassionate this practice has become. What alternative do I have if the NHS won't help me? ?? |

My pain grows daily leading to broken and little sleep. It makes feel depressed. I'm surprised how dismissive my GP has been, despite not really using the practice in last 20 years. No doubt if I complained I'd be asked to find a new Doctor. |
