Impossible to get an appointment staff can be rude and unhelpfully I have been with this sergery for over 10 year and it gets harder and harder to be seen.when u are seen they say no everdence leaveing u untreated can't understand why we put our foot down about the treatment then say We are abusive while takeing stokes and they say no.everdece then kick u out the sergery list u feel the office can't be trusted | ||||||

Once unable to get to see a gp face to face despite getting through shortly after 8.00am only to told the list is full how can this be the case when the phone isn't answered as soon as they are open how is the case unless you are actually on the doorstep at 8.00 and basically having a cardiac arrest you still would get to see a Gp,telephone staff are not that gelpfull either they just to call the next morning only to be put off yet again the banger needs to to get a grip of the appt booking system if she can't or won't change then walk out the door and employ someone who will. | ||||||

I have been with this practice for over 70years I have never been dissatisfied with any of the consultations or advice that has been given to me or my family the staff at both surgeries are professional and polite even under the most extreme pressure of late.We need to realise it’s not park surgery per se at fault but the NHS itself, as a lack of direction and funding from the government has led to widespread failures,anxiety and frustrations both to patients and health providers Im confident that if we all supported our care workers and put the blame where it is due we wouldn’t be losing so many health workers and things may once again become easier | ||||||
