Total waste off time , just cannot get to see a doctor , will not belong before someone dies due to their , neglect.And all they will say is should have got in touch |

I have been with this surgery my whole life. I haven't been well for over a year now, so made an appointment and had blood tests in March. I was told by the GP to come back in June for more blood tests which I did and they came back clear. There is no consistency and no GP to follow up ongoing problems. No face to face appointments. The poor receptionist was on her own and the queue was out of the door. It was at that moment, and with deep regret I decided to move practices. I can ring and get an appointment when I want now and all appointments are face to face. |

Called 57 times today as regards to a repeat script which was not sent to pharmacy,,after going to pharmacy to be told this , could not get through to speak to anyone,, result ,,,no medication for the weekend,, so crossfell health centre,,, here's hoping on not ill over the weekend,, |
