This practice needs to learn customer service. Appointments are non existent that's if you can actually get someone to answer the phone. Everything that is wrong with the NHS is in this practice |

Pre-covid I could not fault the surgery. However, they now have a policy in place where you can only book an appointment if you ring at 8am. I am on attempt 69 and its only 8.25 and cannot get through. I am thankful I do not suffer with high blood pressure as sure it would be through the roof. This is to arrange an appointment to speak to a doctor after being advised by the nurse to make the appointment. What is going on? |
