After being with the practice all of my life I have now lost faith in them and the whole doctor, nurse, nhs system!! They let my poor father suffer for years with symptoms and blood test results that were ABNORMAL but still state NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED?! My father unfortunately died from (yes a rare and not much known about at the moment) cancer which if they actually looked at his blood test results and seen they had been ABNORMAL FOR YEARS we could of prevented his death! My dad was in his very early 60’s and it seems no matter what age you are when you go see anyone now you are overlooked and are just a number which has to be in and out in seconds with nothing wrong with you just so they can tick boxes!! I’m so disappointed in the nhs but more so the surgery who let my father drown to death (literally) and offer NO HELP but to die in my arms at home where he wanted to be and to be honest I wouldn’t of had him anywhere else!! Be warned about this surgery and look for somewhere where they will look after you and your family not let them die in their loved ones arms too soon when it could of been prevented!! |

They have now got a dragon of a practice manager and the older receptionists are very rude. The Drs don't care anymore and after fifty years with them myself and my family are leaving.. Very unprofessional staff. The surgery needs to be closed down. |
