I rang as a concerned daughter to speak with a doctor about a recent medication review which was carried out for my mother. I was told the only appointment I could get would be three days later and by phone, I was given s three hour time guidance of when to expect the call. When the call did not happen I rang and spoke with a receptionist. She advised they do not give times or slots but I was on the list. When I asked who gave me incorrect information I was told who but she then changed her advice and stated they can give guidelines but not exact times. As I continued to talk she hung up on me whilst talking to someone else there, very rude! | ||||||

I went to the north ormesby surgery for an appointment for contraception advice and we were seen by the nurse. Our appointment was at 540pm on the 21st of March 2019.
The moment we walked in we were greeted by her with a big smile on her face. She listened to everything I had to say and gave me very good advice. It was surgery closing time but even then she sat there patiently listening to me and when I said I had lost my baby boy at 36 weeks she was so sympathetic. She was very friendly and made me feel very welcome and gave me very good advice. She’s the reason I’m taking my time out to write this review for her! Everyone at the surgery might be qualified in what they do but she’s on of the people who is not only qualified but actually takes care of people because she wants to!

Have used this surgery since amalgamation with the Linthorpe surgery. Have always found it easy to contact.. and reception staff friendly and helpful. Never had any problems. Appts are hard to book anywhere but always less of a wait at this surgery. I hope they don't go to the Linthorpe surgery number.. The medical staff are good.. and the reception staff appear to have time for people.. | ||||||
