to anyone daft enough to consider going to this place my advice is don't the staff get even basic things like repeat prescriptions wrong and they always have an excuse for there absolutely useless ways and of course the management cover for the reception staff mistakes ie its never there fault . a very bad case of no or not enough training given to the reception staff they are taught to fob people off saying what they think you want to hear just to shut us the patients up typical of todays NHS |
