This morning the John Low pharmacy suggested I phone the Surgery (to try to get some information about a missing pre-ordered prescription). I rang 19 times between 9.00 and 11.00am and every single time either the line was engaged or it just rang out. I realise that the Surgery reception is usual very busy, but 2 hours and 19 unsuccessful calls suggests the need for more phone lines or more staff? |

Just completed three weeks of dressings to my hand and knees after a nasty fall. The treatment was brilliant both at the Urgent Care Centre and then at Queens Road surgery, much appreciated. John M Shaw |
