I was on morphine for years and had a life threatening problem and more pain than before going into hospital my Dr Marie Imlach decides to take me off morphine overnight without any reduction or advice on how to deal with the obvious issues that will cause , Quite frankly I am disgusted by the treatment Dr Marie Imlach gave me I said so many times how much pain I was in that didn't matter she literally put me on the lowest medication giving me more problems than I had before, I have made a formal complaint against this dr and left the surgery, Its really despicable what gp's can get away with It's really bad practice regulated drs can get away with this behaviour it's a total disregard for my health | ||||||

Hi I am with dipton surgery I normally order my repeat prescription on my nhs app with no problems but this time i tried and it said there was none available so I rang the chemist and they ordered Atorvastatin for me.Normally I would receive my tablets before I finish the ones I have.I now only have four tablets left on the 8th February so I thought it’s ok I can collect the tablets today the 8th February which were ordered two days ago.The tablets hadn’t been sent to the chemist so I went to the doctors to see why I was told that they are not due till the 13th which leaves it a bit late in my opinion.The receptionist called Helen was very unhelpful and rude in her manner and I would have thought she would look into the situation for me.I think I should receive my tablets about one week before I run out which I normally do.Luckily I am retired and I can get on the 13th but if I was working that would be a problem and the chemist agrees who were very helpful confirming that Helen has had quite a few complaints without being reported, to be in her position I would expect some understanding and a little more care. | ||||||

falling standards I am afraid. Nurses instead of doctors, receptionists unskilled and obstructive. Only do the bare minimum. Was originally a superb practice but now just going through the motions. Shame cos the doctors themselves are excellent if you could only get to see one. | ||||||
