This place has no care for its patients what so ever. Don't deal with important messages about your health and as another person said when you need a repeat prescription they just don't bother to do it even after asking them in person twice and phoning twice, they just fob you off. I am a diabetic and if I need extra antibiotics to get rid of an infection I shouldn't have to wait more than 3 days or have to phone 111 to get them. Going to change my surgery as have had enough now. |

For some years now I have considered moving GP practice due to various things that have happened and an overall feeling of being a nuisance! I know they can’t magic appointments that they don’t have but waiting 2/3 weeks isn’t always possible you don’t know when your going to be unwell! The past 3/4 appointments I have felt rushed and speaking to the practice manager he wasn’t interested just hummed and harred and would pass on my comments not terrible proactive. Well not anymore today I have taken the plunge and registered elsewhere and they actually sounded pleased to have me! I guess only time will tell but I actually feel relieved not having to go to Prudhoe medical anymore. |
