Been trying to get an appointment for 27 day’s called up at 8am straight away and never get an appointment via telephone. Advice is go to walk in centre or A&E Ongoing medical issue which can’t be sorted at walk in centre or A&E Ended up in A&E anyway because I couldn’t access the GP this could of been prevented if I had got a appointment for a medication review just left to suffer with no help |

The receptionists are very unhelpful and rude and they don’t actually care. The clinical staff are very good. Unfortunately patients can’t get to the good without going through the bad |
