My dad fell over on the ice today had quite a decent graze on the palm of his hand ,he popped into the centre were hes registered and asked if anyone could help him he didnt want an apointment just some help on what he could put on his hand, receptionist downstairs was ok she sent him upstairs ... well the receptionist upstairs was very rude abrupt and dam right horrible to my dad whos in his 80's and registered blind ... would it of hurt her to show a little compassion to him rather then speaking down to him and treating him like a second class citizenand sending him away !!! SHAME ON YOU !! Hope the practise manager is reading this , it happened today 18/01/2023 at 1.30pm !! |

Had an appointment made got txt reminder in the morning no one told me the appointment was at Newington. Waiting outside notes hassle road, so I could cut straight across to surgery. Appointment was 9-45 would not get there in time due to walking Rang drs they had no call backs and no drs appointments so how do you get to see a Dr. You can't this surgery works back to front. They don't listen to patients at all. This appointment is for mental health. And yet this as caused me to get stressed out |

I have been going in to get an appointment to see a GP. Was told to call at 8am, was on hold for 20mins and the phone went off. Went over to book an appointment was told the GP will call I should have my phone on me that it could be at anytime. I work and can't have my phone at all times. Asked if I could get a time but was told to go to a work in centre. For someone with an on going illness I think this service was poor and needs reviewing. Why are we having a GP if we can use a walk in centre? |
