Since COVID it has gone down hill massively you are always sent to see a nurse I want to see a doctor I don't understand why you carnt see one and when you go why is it you can only see about one thing and if there's anything else you have to make another appointment so I don't don't bother I'm still in pain and it's getting worse if I carnt see my doctor what's the point I'm still waiting for my x-ray results |

Poor service. Reception staff unable to take a concise message. The practice fails to respond to a genuine enquiry. Continually fail to respond to you calls. The Practice Manager is about as much use as a chocolate fire guard. They always provide abysmal excuses. I think they must draw them out of a hat. Practice failed to recognise the signs of cancer! Unprofessional, dysfunctional service. Glad I left the practice when I did. How refreshing to now be at a competent practice. |
