I am trying to set up a routine asthma review. I've been sent a link by text that doesn't work. I tried to use an old link and had to click the date of birth button 840 times to enter the correct date. It still doesn't work. Previously hung on for hours during an asthma attack. I just wanted to speak to a doctor but was told to go to A & E. Like many patients in Skipton I'm going to a different practice because clearly Modality/Fisher Medical has no interest in patient care. |

I have been trying to cancell an appointment no luck so as follows I am not able to attend appoint for diabetic review on wed 13th Dec I will attempt to re book on line !! I did call tues but was 6th in queue and by the time I was 2nd my phone died .... bad experience ?? |

I have been unable to get past the increasing barriers they have now put in place. After a few attempts and waiting hours on the phone only to be cut of part way down the que, I was initially pleased to see they now have an online booking system. Unfortunately their AI bot keeps telling me that I have too many symptoms and will not allow me to submit the form. I spent 6 hours trying to reduce my symptoms and retry but eventually had to give up as my stress induced symptoms made me too ill to continue. I am not an emergency case but I am desperate for some help with my complex long term condition which is becoming increasingly intolerable with age. Apparently though I am too ill for them to bother with. Computer says NO! |
