Receptionists are rude and unhelpful you have to book all day off work if you need to see a doctor previously it was possible to book an early appointment before work or one after work, now you have to have a phone appointment first totally pointless when you have something the docdor needs to look at, but reception don't listen to what you have to say, they can't tell you what time the phone call will be and seeing as I can't take phone calls at work that means taking a full day off work. |

I have always been with ling house but recently the care has dropped drastically! I called recently asking for blood test results that have been held against me and refused to give them and when argued I finally got told 2 things aren’t normal and got hung up on with no information about what’s wrong with my blood test been told I was rude for wanting a call about my blood tests when I was being screamed at for asking about my results! When ring up about my child who is 2 years old and being told he’s unable to see a dr and he would get a phone call in 12 hrs then never called having to speak to 999 and ended up in A&E with a temp over 40 degrees because of tonsillitis because a receptionist at ling house said he doesn’t need to see a doctor in person if he has tonsillitis and he will be fine!! The lack of safeguarding against children and adults against neglect refusing to see a child in person and verbal abuse is concerning!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to use this doctors! |
