I have been with the practice for the past couple of years, in general I have been really happy with the service given. The doctors listen to your problems and I never feel like I have been rushed. If I ever have a problem with referrals or letters the secretaries have been very helpful in explaining things to me. On a whole the receptionists are usually friends although sometimes a smile wouldn't go a miss. | ||||||
