This new online appointments just doesn’t work, I put in a request Wednesday 10th may ‘23 week after still not even had a response, so I tried twice on Monday 15th, still nothing my new medication has run out, my fit notes run out & still can’t get to speak with anyone. It’s appalling service | ||||||

I am in great pain, elderly and I live alone. I have severe pain in my leg. I’m frightened that a have a DVT. Yesterday, at 8 o'clock, I started ringing Holycroft surgery. I tried 27 times before getting through, at 9.13, to an automated response telling me that I was now in a queue and that someone would call me back. At 11.15 someone rang to tell me all the appointments had gone and I should ring at 8 the following morning. I’d call it farcical except that a farce is meant to be funny - this is not funny, it’s dangerous. | ||||||
