I have tried to get to speak to a doctor for days but cannot get through to reception even. The call goes to Silsden hub only to be told that no appointments left and I should ring 111 or go to A&E. I don’t wish to bother A&E I just need to speak to a GP to clarify the medication I am on! The system is rubbish. |

Have been trying all day to get an appointment and just get cut off. I have been ill since Christmas Day so I visited the practice and was told to go on line- 79 year old! Eventually found the Practice Triage Button and it says temporarily not in use - try Tomorrow??? |

It's impossible to get through, the phone line hangs up on you. It's a terrible service! If I eventually get through, at tea time, after calling every hour since 8 am, they say, no appointments available to book now. Need to call back the next day! The same thing happens the next day. The surgery is always empty - yet you cannot book appointments face to face they have to be done over the phone! But I cannot get through!! No Econsult service either now. More staff are required to answer the calls at peak times. |
