I have been registered with this practice for approximately 5 years. I changed my surgery due to poor service from my previous doctors.
I can hand on my heart say that this really is a brilliant surgery with fantastic staff. Very accommodating and always seem happy to help. I’m very surprised by some of the negative reviews on here.
I have never had a negative experience at this surgery and feel very comfortable there. I’m always greeted with a kind smile and leave feeling content.
The doctors have been very thorough and discussed with me in detail my health issues and how to manage them. I could easily move to a surgery closer to where I live but would rather travel and see the staff and doctors here.
I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone considering changing their GP.

I have been a patient at Thornton Lodge Surgery for a number of years now, the staff and doctors are brilliant, i always get treated with respect by both the doctors and the friendly reception staff.
I can usually get an appointment the same day and see the doctor i want.
This is a great surgery with a family atmosphere and i would recommed it highly. | ||||||
