I called today at 08.15 and was told that all appointments had gone for today. You call at 08.00 as soon as they open and are put in a queue. I think it is ridiculous that somebody has to wait for an appointment so long. The receptionist kept saying the next pre-bookable is in October!! I don't want a pre-bookable i'm ill today!!
I could understand if I had called later in the morning and all the appointments had gone- but 08.15!! | ||||||

Uncaring admin staff, the 8am appointment rule is very very inconveniant and there is no recourse for commuters who due to trains and signal can not always ring at the appropriate time.. Felt like there was no real effort made to help me. Most surgeries I know operate an 8am on the day approach but allow you to book a few days in advance if you need to. This surgery does not and were it not for the talented GP's I would have switched surgeries long ago. Once you get the appointment the care is exemplary but getting there is beyond stressful | ||||||

Think it radiates through the whole set up that this is a business first and carer of people lastly. Certain doctors are extremely rude and think everyone is out for a sicknote or antibiotics!
