I turned up for my appointment on monday 2 july at 3:45pm but the surgery was locked i could not get in . There was no reason given as to why surgery was closed! My benefit will be affected because of all this. I think it is totaly wrong that vulnerable people like myself who are totaly reliant on this so called 'service' are treated in this awful way!

I brought a client who i support to this G.P surgery after tryin to get him a appoinment for months. The reception area stunk like feaces. I found it to be the most un hyginic place ever. I wouldnt be returning there in a hurry i dont no what infections i could leave there with | ||||||

An awful service whereby a counsellor doesn't even turn up or leave a message to explain why they can't attend when your emotions are at the forefront and then you are left alone to deal with issues you had wished to unload. This pure negligence caused get distress and I'm disgusted by the unprofessionalism. | ||||||
