I have been trying to book an appointment for a medical form to be filled out with a doctor. For two weeks, I am on a deadline. (This document is needed, so that I can send off for a provisional license so I can join the South East Ambulance Service! I am utterly disappointed, services of the NHS daily are penalized because of practices like this which give it a bad name!!! . It has been near on impossible to speak to someone who actually is interested in their role. Receptionists are rude and uninterested. I spoke to a receptionist- who did not care about my situation at all. They informed me their are no managers in the practice today and no one higher than themselves or the other administrator. (When asked if the other receptionist would like to take my call, I could hear them say no!) Who is running this practice??? Why do they not want to help?? Poorly managed, poor staff!!! Overall disgrace. | ||||||

We had to use the walk in centre twice so far and both times we had great experiences. We never waited for longer than 40 min and the doctors were friendly, professional and caring. The reception ladies are doing a great job too. We love, that there's a small children's play area as well. We would highly recommend the walk in centre and happily come back, if we can't get any appointments with our local surgery. | ||||||

I present with some complex medical problems, which can be challenging for both me and for my Medical Practitioner Providers. DMC are always ready to speedily react to ensure I receive a good,positive outcome. Always there -always care.
