The services I’ve received today were excellent. Emma and Rebecca and the staff were friendly and ensured that I am properly informed about my health and care. Emma did a great job; she explained everything to me in a very clear manner. Emma was very understanding and listened to my concerns. Rebecca gave me a wonderful and warm experience; she was very friendly and helpful. I had a great visit today so I highly recommend BHF Lundwood. | ||||||

Don’t answer the phones will not give patience a appointment have no contact at all with gp and every gp is different every time book appointments that’s if you get one | ||||||

I have been trying to make an appointment for 3 days, the phone is either engaged or not answering. Wednesday they didn't answer at all Thursday they were closed and today after a scandalous 231 attempts still no success. They messaged me to get intouch with them ????what a joke. They've stopped my prescription until ispeak to them and subsequently I've spent the last 3 nights sleeping on the sofa as my back pain is unbelievable. Well done BHF surgery ?? | ||||||
