I have had medical issues for 12 months now In that time I have find the reception team really competent in every aspect of there job and go out of the way to show emphany All the team work really hard and the medical team too in all I would recommend Bentham Road surgery | ||||||

The ladies on reception are lovely and always ready to help in any way they can. All of the doctors take the time to listen to you and you find feel rushed. the Nurses are lively and polite too. | ||||||

As a new patient,I am very sorry and disappointed to be writing this. I called into the surgery at 8am 26/4/19 to request a telephone consultation with a doctor as was very worried about something and needed their advice as I only saw them during the week. Receptionist booked that for me and said it would be after morning surgery. No phone call... After 4pm I rang again to be told the doctor rang and phone was engaged and rang 5minutes later,and still engaged. I work all day and had my phone on my desk next to me. I made no calls or received no calls as bot allowed phone calls at work. But got special permission off my boss to answer the call from a doctor. The receptionist said the doctor would ring me again after surgery has finished that night 26/4/19............Yet again no phone call. I have rung my mobile phone provider to ask of all calls for that day. None made,none received......... | ||||||
