My daughter suffers with her mental health and as part of her referral to CAHMS the GP needed a school repport, which i provided. ^ weeks later the GP phoned me to ask about it, i explained that had taken it already, afetr digging through file they managed to find it where it shouldnt have been. Fast forward another 6 weeks, my daughter took an overdose and was referred to the CAHMS crisis team who after a couple of sessions referred back to thye GP to refer on to a local CAHMS. Today i have trie to call and find out what is happening with the referral but after 1 and a half hours i had to hang up |

I waited on the phone for TWO and a HALF HOURS today just to try to get an appointment! Not acceptable! |

I called at 8am for emergency appointment, 87 calls later I was informed that the GP was sick & to leave my name & I would be called back. Called again at 11:30am & I was informed that they still had not found a GP, so to wait. Waited all day & no phone call. Please do not lie to your customers as I could’ve gone to the Walk in centre. Extremely disappointing. |
