Absolutely terrible. They screwed up an appointment which cost me a day off work for nothing. The staff were rude, ignorant and resolved nothing. To think that they are supposed to be ‘caring’ is a joke. They care about their profits and little else. It used to be a great surgery till this lot got hold of it. Thank you BestCareCompare for offering this facility. The NHS review site takes down negative comments and is obviously in bed with the likes of the Haxby Group | ||||||

Avoid avoid avoid Tried to get a prescription. 3 requests and still nothing. They dont even ring me to let me know if there is a problem. They just dont do anything. Their lack of stars on google rating or anywhere else says it all. Various issues with them and trying to deal with wording pain and therefore mental health not good either. Another complaint to follow I hope they see this. I am fed up!!! I have had enough!!! I need them to care about people ! | ||||||
