    As a patient at Platform One for over five years now, I would like to say that during that time I cannot emphasise enough about the understanding, attention, friendliness and caring of ALL THE STAFF at the practice. I attend fortnightly appointments and am looked after in the best possible way, each and every time. The entire staff at Platform One are a credit to their profession and work tirelessly.

    always good they are front line staff and have a hard job many many thanks to the member of staff who has looked after me she is in another league Marcus fraser wing

    The practice are not accepting calls to make appointments....Quote...'you must ring first thing in the morning IF YOU WANT APPOINTMENT :(

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your comment as all patient feedback is extremely important to us. We do appreciate that it can be difficult to get through to us first thing in the morning as there is a very high demand for our appointments, especially between 8 and 10am. We are trying to create better ways of managing the demand, our phone lines are fully staffed in the mornings and although calls may appear to be going unanswered I can assure you this is not the case. I am sorry that you have not had a positive experience that we would wish for you.
