Near impossible to get a appointment here! Being a fully qualified HP myself, I only ever visit the GP when absolutely necessary, anyway, on my last visit the doctor argued with me that I had never had a heart attack at such a young age. My next question was, “why are are you prescribing all this medication on repeat?” No answer but a quick look into my records and the doctor was “shocked” and asked,”why don’t we know about this?”.....well obviously it’s in my records! Was told there would now be a “flag” on my records so getting an appointment in the future would be easier and quicker due to the seriousness of my condition. Ring today, mention it’s about my heart and the receptionist thinks i will be ok to wait a week to see a GP. Never knew receptionists where qualified medics..... I spent years in uni getting qualified!!!! | ||||||

Too many admin staff, who seem to believe it's their role to be as obstructive as possible.
