Reception staff are rude and obnoxious, even hang the phone up on you. No privacy what so ever in reception, asking loudly from the back of their work space what your problem is and why you want to see a Dr. A medic myself and I have to see a health care assistant for a medication review..... NOT LIKELY! God knows where to register but I can’t and won’t stay with this practice. You can’t see the same Dr twice as they run on Locum staff and yet they want to spend thousands building s new surgery. |

The staff at this surgery are rude and come across as uncaring. They openly speak and shout between rooms and reception about other patients medication and treatments in front of anyone in the waiting area. It is a nightmare to get an appointment. The phone gets answered at 8am and within 1 minute all appointments have gone. The reception staff need to get some training on the job they are actually doing and concentrate on it rather than gossip and look down there nose at you like they are some higher being. They need to learn to be respectful and to be a little more understanding. Good surgery although sometimes difficult to get through on the phone. I was waiting for five minutes for my call to be picked up. When the call was answered I found the operator to be very load and abrupt. I did get what I required from the call but believe that staff would benifit of training on telephone manor |
