Was on hold for 45 mins when I eventually got though there were no available phone appointments left got told to ring back at 8 tomorrow morning my husband is housebound all I wanted was a referral letter to see a chiropodist very unhelpful receptionist |

Stunningly slow service, I have waited over a week for this practice to action a prescription from the consultant cardiologist for new medication. This is not the first time this has happened either. This practice also has a habit of prescribing meds with out any explanation of what they're for. That's when you can actually get in to see someone, except a wait of atleast a week for an appointment |

Worst doctors about!! Can’t get an appointment! Can’t even get on the phone to make one. And when it comes to coming on the plane gone all appointments are gone try again tomorrow. This doctors needs shutting down or taking over and starting from scratch. They all need sacking!! |
