Excellent surgery for patient care. Recently required a dr’s appointment for my 2 year old late afternoon. Spoke to the receptionist who listened to the issue and arranged for me to be able to bring him in despite no available appointments. He was seen within minutes of arriving at surgery and he was provided with excellent care by the on call. Treatment plan provided and worried mum concerns calmed. Brilliant, thank you | ||||||

I am fairly new to Park Lane surgery but have actually used them regularly recently and whenever I have booked an appointment I have managed to get one on the same day which at my old GPs was actually impossible. All of the GPs I have seen have been extremely helpful, never dismissive and just really pleasant. | ||||||

Outstanding. All the GPS are very thorough and take their time which is why some of them sometimes run late.10 minutes and a lot of time but that is all they can give unless a double appointment is booked. Online services excellent, repeat prescriptions are dealt with efficiently and sent to nominated pharmacy. Appointments are easy to book on line. Reception staff very friendly approachable and friendly. Would highly recommend this Surgery. | ||||||
