Everytime I visit the surgery the staff are friendly and helpful. I always get my prescription on time and can almost always get an appointment at Aston and if not go to the sister surgery in Alvaston (handy if I need a later slot) I moved to the village nearly six months ago and I've had no bad experiences. | ||||||

Surgery open open in a morning.
No appointments available for two weeks !
Nobody answers the phone, no recording or message to even say it’s a GP surgery - it just rings and rings !
A retirement village has just opened in Aston and I’m sure people living their will require assistance but will be unable to get it here | ||||||

The experience of visiting this surgery was extremely pleasant. The receptionist was superb, polite, friendly, helpful. Both GPs whom I saw were helpful and gave excellent advice. | ||||||
